NEW+ on network drive does not process datetime parameter in template #39662

Steps to reproduce
Use file explore to browse to a network drive
open the context menu with the right mouse click, choose NEW+ and click a folder from the template
✔️ Expected Behavior
When executed in C:\temp, the $YYYY (and all other used parameters) are processed.
❌ Actual Behavior
The folder with content is copied but the $YYYY element (and all other parameters used) are not processed.
Additional Information
The folder that is placed in the template location is attached, where the confidential document are replace by empty files. The folder has the name #####.
