Description of the new feature / enhancement

reamp a key to other keys for all or specific applications.
exactly like the shortcut one where you can decide for wich apps but for singular keys you cannot.

Scenario when this would be used?

for modeling when the Numpad Buttons are obselid but you stil need them in other apps like excel.
