Keyboard manager program shortcuts should have a "Focused" visibility option #39737

Description of the new feature / enhancement
The keyboard manager is a great way of creating custom shortcuts to open programs. There should be a way to set the visibility to "Focused", so when the shortcut is used, the program is shown as the focused program.
Scenario when this would be used?
For example, I use a custom shortcut "Ctrl + Alt + B" to open my browser, and i use "Ctrl + Alt + T" to open the windows terminal. I wish those programs would be opened as the focused window, but unfortunately, currently I have to alt + tab to those said windows.
