Nothing happened.Re-opening the "powerToys run" switch in the software will not solve the problem.But after closing the software and reopening it, it returns to normal

The runner assumes each time the hotkey is pressed that PowerToys Run has exited even though we don't have any indication of it in PT Run logs. I can replicate this behavior by starting PT Run executable on it's own and then starting PT.

Action items:

• Add logs so it's clear which PT Run process is running(e.g. Log the process id in PowerToys Run process)
• Chose behavior how to deal with already running PT Run instance on PowerToys startup

we need to verify that it not caused by a bug in https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/blob/master/src/modules/launcher/Microsoft.Launcher/dllmain.cpp
that somehow may reset the value of m_hProcess

Chose behavior how to deal with already running PT Run instance on PowerToys startup

Kill the process and start it new.

If you exit PowerToys, does the shortcut(Alt+Space if you haven't changed it) bring PowerToys Run up?
