MAINT: Refactor Skeleton Key to be a subclass of PromptSendingOrchestrator

Skeleton Key should be a single turn orchestrator, prepending the right conversations. See how flip attack orchestrator works.

This will make for better and more usable code.

HI @romanlutz , I’d like to work on this refactor. I’ll follow the pattern suggested in the closed PR (#650) and the Flip attack (prepending conversation in setup, then sending the objective)

@ksaravindakashyap i think the MultiPromptSendingAttack does this effectively now so we can make it based on that.
