DOC update User Guide dropdown nav to match actual TOC sections#1572

The site.nav User Guide dropdown was outdated, showing Architecture, Datasets, Attacks, Targets, Converters, Scoring, Memory, Scenarios. Updated to match the actual user guide sections: - Removed Architecture (separate top-level page, not a user guide child) - Renamed Attacks → Executor (links to executor overview, not just attacks) - Renamed Targets → Prompt Targets (matches actual page title) - Added Setup, Registry, GUI, CLI sections that were missing Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
