v0.1.17 — GPU RP-27 Part 2 parity Mirrors the CPU RP-27 Part 2 (RawAudio pass_orig_sample_rate opt-in, v0.1.16 commit 5ea8641) into the GPU RawAudioModel path so spe-gpu can load orca-ecotype-dclde2026-v1 and any future 2-input raw_audio model. Verified end-to-end with 20 spe-gpu invocations (orca-detector + orca-ecotype on 10 hydrophone WAV fixtures) producing the full Zenodo v0.5.0 visualization sweep.
