[EN Unit] Utterances with number entity combined with dimension entity does not work correctly

Describe the bug
for utternace like 200.00 3/4" EMT the number and dimension entity does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to LUIS portal add a prebuilt entity - dimension, train and test.
2. Type 200.00 3/4" EMT
3. See this wrong outputs:
   

Expected behavior
3/4"- dimension
200 - number

Sample input/output
Input: 200.00 3/4" EMT
Output:
3/4"- dimension
200 - number

• Version V .01

Additional context
while 200.00 is identified as number if not passed with 3/4" dimension and vice versa with dimension too if passed without number.
