Make error highlighting optional for 4-part names #4

Issue Type: Feature Request
ADS highlights linked server data as being erroneous by default.
Would it be possible to either:
- make this optional (i.e. to be able to turn this error checking off for tables that use four part naming)
- have ADS test for latency on the linked server/server identifier and apply error checking if the server reports back in a reasonable perioed of time
- just plain turn off error checking when using four part naming
