Incorrect syntax near 'DISTRIBUTION'

My T-SQL create table query (with distribution) is working fine, but Azure Data Studio keeps throwing this error message:

Incorrect syntax near 'DISTRIBUTION'

I can't get rid of it. Could you help?

Has this been resolved, still getting bug on 'DISTRIBUTION' . Also, while fixing bug please note with inclusion of DW_COMPATIBILITY_LEVEL setting of 50 you can now have Multi-Column Distribution. Can we get an update on this or get it scheduled for an upcoming release?
While it doesn't seem to cause any issues. it does cause the red squiggles and also adds the following item to the problems window:

it is worth noting that the project build from ADS is clean with no warnings or errors

for reference here is my code:
