Need Help with Maxpower recipe

Somehow I have to run a command like

storscore.cmd -recipe=recipes\max_power.rcp –raw

but there is no such a recipe in recipes in this tool.

Any idea where I can find it, please kindly advice.

I attached a file that I wrote a few months ago. I'm guessing it's the one your team wants you to run, but they forgot to give it to you.

Be sure to change the "txt" extension back to "rcp" before you try to run it.
