Make @see tags link directly.

Hi, I write a lot of code definitions and referencing code in the form of @see {@link ...} is not an option for me.
It also looks a bit redundant (I know they are not the same).

I've used code editors in the past where they only use @see.
You can also find it in lots of code around like in this example from VSC:

It would be nice if the @see tag could link directly.
