Add memory interface option to Python API allowing passing in a fonttools TTFont object for compilation and getting back another TTFont object or a saved file. Likewise, can pass in a file and get back a TTFont object.
Add import source from binary option.
Add MAXSTACK assembler directive allowing explicit setting of maxp maxStackElements value from the font program. This is used when source is imported from binary and prevents VTT automatic adjustments of maxStackElements.
