Even after deleting the WSL , WSL settings persists

i once installed the wsl and unistalled by following online steps. I dont want this wsl

Actual Behavior

But clicking on wsl flashes the command prompt. And Linux doesnt contain any folders or files. just sitting there making it a eye sore for me

Plese solve this issue 😭😭😭😭

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.
