It is so fking crazy,and broken CN developers` reputation
They are attacking WSL/opencode/fastjson2 and any other FOSS repos
Including gambling and surrogacy.

In China, gambling and surrogacy are illegal.So they dare not send these advertisement in Chinese platforms.

These accounts all are spam bots. They attacked MS WSL, Home assissant, Alibaba Fastjson2 and this repos.
Idk why github's anti-spam system is so suck. These bot broken Chinese devs' reputation. So shame for Chinese.

But in these moment, Why github does not do ANY actions to limit these account.

Is it able to entirely disable creating blank issues directly? Those bots spammed the repository starting from blank issue entrance.

Strongly locked users to report issues with a pre-defined template might help preventing bots from spamming. I can't sure if this limitation can also work for those who using GitHub CLI. Creating blank issues via GitHub CLI / RESTful API / GraphQL API should be limited to collaborators / members only.
