Cortana sample: provide error message in app if .xml is not registered #10
Description
It is very easy to pick up the finished app, run it, and miss the step in the documentation to register the voice commands. Suggestion: add a flag (akin to the Maps sample) that tells people that the .xml has not yet been registered.
