WinUI3 gallery crashes when clicking the sound page link in settings

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on the Sound page link

Expected behavior
Go to sound page

Actual behavior
Crash

Version Info

Gallery version (found on Settings page):
1.3.14.0

WinUI version:

• WinUI3 / WinAppSDK 1.1
• WinUI3 / WinAppSDK 1.0
• WinUI2

Windows 11 version:

• Insider Build (xxxxx)
• Windows 11 22H2 (22621)
• Windows 11 21H2 (22000)

Additional context
The link works properly on WinUI2 gallery tho.
