[Bug]: MSI packages take for ever to install

Steps to reproduce the bug

Try to Use Sandbox in Windows 11 24H2, install an msi, wait for ever or apply the trick outlined in related issues: #85

Expected result

Normal paced install.

Actual result

Slow install. Unusable.

This makes it work on my machine.
Note also the bug on <VGpu>disabled</VGpu>.
