[Bug]: Windows sandbox cannot output camera and mic.

People on our repo and I have been having problems viewing the camera and mic on Windows 11 systems with Sandbox.

We have camera privacy settings enabled in the Windows sandbox. Windows 10 seems unaffected.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Launch the Windows sandbox on Win11
2. Go to any webcam test site
3. Tada can't show video output.

Expected result

For the webcam to be recognised and to see output from the camera.

Actual result

Win 11 sandboxes can get the name but not the video output.

Not sure if this is the same bug.. but the camera seems to still not be working with a permission error:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200

In spite of a working config:

Is there any way to resolve this? Windows sees the redirected device inside the sandbox machine.. it just doesn't allow access.
