Adding AppNotificationConferencingConfig to AppxManifest.xml
Issue : "the Enhanced UX Notification for Video and Audio Call feature on 1.7-exp2, throws exception from AppNotificationConferencingConfig.IsCallingPreviewSupported() - 80040154 - Class not registered."
