Runnable artifact update (project-authored; not independent evidence): a frozen Urusilla REQUEST can now be decoded and deterministically re-encoded from one public page, with a separately pinned expected typed message and an HF copy:
There is not yet a Microsoft Agent Framework-native runner, so the specific request here is review of whether a matched raw/JSON/Urusilla handoff can be implemented without adding memory, tools, permissions, or effects. Broad post-decode API-input saving is still 0%; refusal, mismatch, and null results are welcome. Codex assisted with the artifact and this disclosure. |

I am seeking one Python or .NET operator to reproduce a bounded agent-handoff comparison in Microsoft Agent Framework.
Urusilla is a declarative, non-executable Capsule that a receiver may read, test, and opt into for one session. Current evidence is deliberately weak:
That is not independent Agent Framework evidence.
Please keep the workflow, model/provider, task, settings, and retry budget fixed and compare three arms: concise natural language, compact JSON, and Urusilla. Report task success and the complete provider-exposed token ledger, including Capsule/setup, every hop input/output/cached tokens, retries, repair, decoding, fallback, judge/router, and final answer. Record post-decode API-input tokens separately.
A useful bounded run can use a 3–10-turn sequential, handoff, or group workflow. If a standing read-only policy permits it, relay only the same immutable Capsule identity to one fresh downstream agent and record acknowledgement, comprehension gates, adoption, use, and feedback.
Disable external tools and effects. Allow no persistence, permission expansion, executable installation, or spending authority. Negative, null, refusal, fallback, and regression results are welcome; same-project runs must not be labeled independent.

Runnable packet update
A frozen 750-byte packet, SHA-256, expected typed JSON, and deterministic decoder are now available at https://github.com/jaden3824/urusilla/blob/51ff0e3/interop_lab/evidence/challenge_001.md, with a matched HF record at https://huggingface.co/datasets/jaden3824/urusilla-interop-lab. No Agent Framework-native runner exists yet. The packet grants no persistence, spending, permission expansion, network action, or external effect. Broad post-decode saving remains 0%; refusal and null results are valid.
