Python: [Bug]: _convert_workflow_event_to_agent_response_updates emits user input again

Description

When agent responds to user query, it appends the user input with assistant response when using streaming response along with workflow.as_agent()

same issue also persists in _convert_workflow_events_to_agent_response (non-streaming function) as well

I've identified the root cause and am working on a fix.

Root cause: _convert_workflow_event_to_agent_response_updates in _workflows/_agent.py converts ALL messages from AgentResponse data — including role="user" messages — into AgentResponseUpdate objects. When a GroupChat orchestrator emits its full conversation history as an AgentResponse, this causes user inputs to be re-emitted as assistant output, accumulating across turns.

Fix: Filter to only role="assistant" messages when creating streaming updates from AgentResponse and list[Message] data. PR incoming.
