The [Unreleased] section violated the 1-PR-merged = 1-line convention:

No content lost — each consolidated line captures the full scope of its PR.

#519 had 6 entries, #542 had 5 entries (4 Fixed + 1 Changed).
Consolidated each to a single descriptive line per the repo convention.
