Link to aspire libraries outside of aspire core and community

For example https://github.com/dev-proxy-tools/aspire and https://github.com/microsoft/azure-databases-aspire/tree/main/src/Aspire.Hosting.DocumentDB

Would be nice if the aspire docs would be able to link to trusted libraries outside of the community
