Update how we show default values in the CLI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

When running aspire update it asks if you want to perform updates and it indicates the default value as (y), it would be better to use the more widely known way of capitalizing the default value. Below I have a screenshot of aspire update and git difftool. I've seen this in aspire update, but we should update this across the board for all such prompts.

Default values are shown like [Y/n] where the default value is capital.

Came here to +1 this. Capitalizing the default would be my preferred minimal change. Optionally drop the "(y)" noting the default (ShowDefaultValue=false)
