template should indicate TS apphost [Starter App (Express/React)]

The name of template does not indicate the apphost language, in contrast to the empty TS template

We need a model for this. @DamianEdwards and I were discussing this the other day trying to figure out what we will do when @mitchdenny lands the github based template model.
