When started under isolated mode, no Traces and metrics are displayed in the Aspire dashboard

Describe the bug

When starting under isolated mode

aspire start --isolated

And when you open the web page or do any action [eg: clicking on counter in the starter app]

There are neither any metrics nor traces displayed.

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

I tested with the starter app on the latest two Aspire versions: 13.2.1 and 13.2.2

aspire new aspire-starter -n AspireApp -o .\AspireIsolatedTest\

Exceptions (if any)

No response

Aspire doctor output

No response
