aspire cli - agent init --skills dotnet-inspect fails

Describe the bug

The help message of aspire agent init mentions being abke to add dotnet-inspect skill, but when running:
aspire agent init --skills dotnet-inspect it throws an exception that the skill is unrecognized

Expected Behavior

Either support that skill or remove the example from the help message

On daily build run the command above.

according to the automated release notes this is "expected behaviour" if my apphost isn't C#. However, I was building a C# integration and testing it in python so I expected it to work.
