It seems like it can often miss updates (I'm not seeing the aspire dashboard sometimes) and it seems like it's not exposing ports appropriately.
Update: This seems to happened when I switch projects and more ports get added to the global file
There are several bugs here and some are addressed in #7152. The remaining issues are around updating the settings files and logs in a way that none of the endpoints are missed.
