"Remove all" should reset all applied filters

Describe the bug

When using the button "Remove all" to clear all logs, traces, and metrics, active filters do not get reset.

Expected Behavior

All active filters should get reset on "Remove all". I think this is mainly a problem of the standalone dashboard. I use the remove all button to reset all states before restarting the application. If there are still filters applied, I have to reset them manually before being able to see new log messages.

The "Remove all" button is for removing telemetry, not removing the filters. What about folks who want to remove the telemetry but keep the filters. Removing them would be unexpected.

@JamesNK I see your point here. Maybe a possible solution would be to have a "Reset all state" button? As this is mainly useful for the standalone dashboard, there could be a config option so the button is only shown for the standalone dashboard.

As there's already a remove all filters button, I think we should clarify that "Remove all" removes telemetry. Echoing James, I think we should keep the separation between clearing data and clearing filters
