…efault Introduce a dedicated ASPIRE_APPHOST_LOGLEVEL environment variable that the CLI sets when --log-level is specified. The AppHost reads this value via SetMinimumLevel() to configure its own logging, while DcpHost filters all ASPIRE_APPHOST_* prefixed variables so they don't cascade into child processes. This replaces the previous approach of setting Logging__LogLevel__Default, which leaked into project resources via DCP environment inheritance. Fixes #17025

Customer Impact
In local development the
Logging__LogLevel__Default=Debugenv var was set on user resources, modifying their logging level. This should only be set on Aspire processes (CLI, app host).The fix is to use an Aspire specific env var, so it doesn't matter if it is inherited. Older app hosts won't output debug logging until they upgrade, but that's an acceptable tradeoff.
