The only source-code change is a one-line correction to an internal constant ExpectedBuildType in AspireSkillsInstaller.cs (fixing the SLSA build-type URL from slsa-framework.github.io/... to actions.github.io/...). The remaining two changed files are test files (tests/Aspire.Cli.Tests/...). This is a purely internal attestation/security-verification fix with no user-visible behavior change and no new public surface — it cleanly fits the internal_refactor allowlist category.
