Why are these changes needed?

These changes introduce comprehensive video tutorials to improve the user experience and adoption of AutoGen. The additions serve several purposes:

Accessibility for visual learners: Many developers prefer visual demonstrations over text documentation. These tutorials bridge that gap by showing real-world implementation of AutoGen's capabilities.

Simplified onboarding: The step-by-step video format lowers the barrier to entry for new users, allowing them to quickly understand core concepts and see the framework in action.

Practical implementation examples: While the documentation covers APIs thoroughly, these tutorials demonstrate practical workflows and best practices that aren't always evident from reading documentation alone.

Community engagement: Creating high-quality educational content signals our commitment to growing and supporting the AutoGen ecosystem, encouraging broader adoption and contribution.
