AWS Terraform broken for other regions than us-east-1

AWS Terraform does not work for other regions than us-east-1

Failed to query service connection API: 'https://s3.amazonaws.com/'. Can confirm, I'm seeing this in our tenant too

I think it is a 'thing' in the library they use...
If you set it to us-east-1, but your bucket is actually somewhere else it still seems to work.
So it should probably just be hidden in the UI, since the value has nothing to do with the buckets at all

same here. here is what I did to bypass it. I set the region to us-east-1 for the first run only while the bucket was in us-west-1. After the 1st run, I changed the service connection back to us-west-1 and it works fine for now. Hope this will be solved soon
