In the following lab:

I get the attached error when trying to create the resource group:

Enter a globally unique name for the app service. You may find it easiest to incorporate your name, such as “pul-yaml-johndoe”. Select the option to create a new resource group named “partsunlimited”.

Looks like you don't have permission to create resources in the selected subscription.
