Please take the latest version from f42 which compiles fine.

Any specific reason to differ from fedora 41/42? The package version 0.83 from fedora 42 compiles fine with spec changes from the same.

Fedora 41 has jimtcl-0.82-5 which requires additional package to support like hiredis, redis packages. Hence imported from fedora 38 which does not require hiredis

Upgraded jimtcl to 0.83 Fedora 43 and removed hiredis dependency.
