Auto Patch libxslt for CVE-2025-11731.

Full build has failure in coredns package for arm64 which was unstable previously as well, retriggered the step to if it is same.

Full build is successful except long failing container test failures which are failing from some time. Patch matches with upstream reference. LGTM.
