Upstream Patch Modified: Yes

Defined ABSL_SWISSTABLE_ASSERT from upstream 20250127.rc1/absl/container/internal/raw_hash_set.h#L253

For Table Layout, the length of the array is computed by AllocSize() in v20240116.0 : 20240116.0/absl/container/internal/raw_hash_set.h#L83, whereas in upstream it is computed by RawHashSetLayout::alloc_size: 20250127.rc1/absl/container/internal/raw_hash_set.h#L77. So, overflow protection is applied in inline size_t AllocSize() function.
Upstream uses slot_offset_ but v20240116.0 contains SlotOffset(). So, adjusted context accordingly.

Patch has a little modification from upstream source due to upstream refactoring in latest version. Buddy build is successful. LGTM.
