Summary

What does the PR accomplish, why was it needed?

• Enable CONFIG_BPF_LSM, which allows users to use BPF LSM programs.
• KConfig
• This LSM is by default not active because of performance concerns. See: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1905975. There has been some work in progress to address that, most recent one is: https://lwn.net/Articles/951158/
