• Dropped tar and xz from Requires (upstream reference)
• Migrated to SPDX license (upstream reference)
• Add Requires: python3-setuptools (upstream reference)
• Remove BuildRequires: gettext and add Recommends: python3-requests to upload to a SFTP server (upstream reference)
• Update to 4.6.1
