Fixes #89: Changed package groupId and artifact names to be more consistent. Previously the groupId was different for some packages.
The groupId is now "com.microsoft.bot", and the new artifact names are "bot-builder", "bot-connector", and "bot-schema".
The folder names for bot-builder and bot-schema were also change to be consistent with the artifact name.
