👍 Skill ratings

This category powers the ratings on the
CAT Agent Skills gallery.

Each skill has its own discussion here, created automatically the first time
someone rates it (the discussion title is the skill's slug, e.g.
pdf-form-extractor). To rate a skill:

1. Open the skill's page in the gallery.
2. Scroll to "Rate & discuss this skill".
3. Give it a 👍 with your GitHub account — and leave a comment if you have
   feedback or a use case to share.

The gallery snapshots these 👍 counts on each deploy to power the "Top rated"
sort, so your vote helps others find the most useful skills.

Please keep discussions here focused on the individual skill they belong to.
For bugs or feature requests, open an issue instead.
