Describe the issue
In the Admin Environment Request app, when selecting Edit Details to change the environment name it wipes out some of the request details
Here's the request details before selecting Edit Details
When selecting Edit Details, it loses the Dataverse selection so that is then removed from the request and no longer created
Expected Behavior
Edit Details keeps request details as they are
