When lunch Maker - Environment request app data not loading...
Eg. 1. Old environment creation request.
2. Environment details which is going to expiry to extend period.

With the next release, due tomorrow, we're replacing the Maker/Admin - Environment Request canvas apps with custom pages and model driven apps, in line with a recent UX refresh we've done for all of our apps. This bug was reported before (#6504) and will be fixed with the new apps. Here's the feature task for the new apps: #6704

Once you've upgraded to the new solution, you will have to:

• Share the new CoE Admin Environment Request app with your admins that approve environment requests
• Share the CoE Maker Command Center app with your makers, if you have not already done so - the environment request custom pages have been added to this app
• If you do not want to use the CoE Maker Command Center, you can create your own model driven app and bring in the environment request custom pages and share that with your makers

@sunilmhatugade This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
