Hi Team,

We are able to see the deleted Apps/Flows/Environments in Power Platform Admin View App. We have deleted few Apps/Flows/Environments but still we are able to see the deleted records in the Power platform Admin view App. Can you please confirm is this behavior.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Power Platform Admin view
2. Click PowerApps Apps/Flows/Environments from the left menu
3. Search for the deleted App/flow/environment
4. We are able to see the deleted records

Checking for deleted objects is a long running operation and so it only runs weekly.
Please ensure you have this flow, and its children, turned on and running. CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v4 (Check Deleted)

If you do not, please let me know as it implies your setup was not complete and you are likely missing other important flows to ensure your inventory is complete

When I try to turn on the flow (CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v4 (Check Deleted)), I get the below error. Can you please help us?

It looks like your setup is not complete. Please run through the setup wizard and let me know if the flows turn on.

Use the setup wizard

Its highly recommended that you use the Setup Wizard to walk you through setup and upgrades. It will ensure all the new flows are turned on in the correct order, trigger things like population of the bookmarks screen and do other cleanup steps needed.
You should do this both for upgrades and clean installs.
To use it, first perform the import of the solution install or upgrade manually, then boot the app and walk through the screens.

@Jenefer-Monroe We have fixed the flow and turned on all the required child flows. Now we are able to turn on the flow, but while running the flow, it is failing at Action 'Call_PVA_Helper_-_check_deleted' failed and below are the error details.

We have checked the action it is taking only two parameters EnvtID and EnvtName. Can you please help on this

What do you mean by fixed the flow?

Please go to the Admin Command Center > CoE Flows > Inventory. Validate that all flows are turned on and that there are no unmanaged layers as shown here.
