Document detection environment variable usage #83
Description
Within detectors such as Go and PyPi, there exist various environment variables that can be set in order to specify different functionality - i.e. enabling the Go CLI scan instead of file parsing.
Add a new documentation page to /docs like the arguments documentation to list all potential environment variables.
