Fix Pod detection for missing podspecs

Problem

Pod detection is throwing the following exception when a podspec is missing, even though we were able to capture the entire snapshot of dependencies.

LogFailedReadingFile logged KeyNotFoundException: The given key 'X' was not present in the dictionary.

Solution

Log a warning and proceed capturing components.

You may need to bump the detector versions if any of the following scenarios apply:

• The detector detects more or fewer components than before
• The detector generates different parent/child graph relationships than before
• The detector generates different devDependencies values than before
