Feature: Should there be an optional parameter to pass to conductor to load in a workspace's default instructions? (i.e. AGENTS.md, etc...)

This is a feature ask but also a question of whether conductor should support this OOTB on its own, or require these things to be passed in explicitly by the user's workflow?

I think it makes sense to have this built directly into conductor though as an optional flag passed to the CLI to look for all the common tool instruction files like AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, copilot-instructions.md, etc...

Thoughts?
