Purpose

  • This pull request includes several changes to improve the documentation and scripts for checking quota availability before deployment. The most important changes include updates to the README.md file, the addition of a new quota check guide, and new scripts for checking quota availability.

Documentation updates:

  • README.md: Added an important note about checking Azure OpenAI quota availability and included instructions for using the new quota check guide.
  • docs/quota_check.md: Added a new guide for checking quota availability before deployment, including instructions for using scripts in Azure Portal, Cloud Shell, VS Code, and Codespaces.

Script additions:
