Steps to reproduce the bug

Add account -> Azure -> pop up for account
And after this nothing happens, whichever account i choose.
Same when i want to add an Azure repository

Expected result

After selecting the account i wish to add, i expect an MFA popup with a code for authenticator app

Actual result

Nothing happens after selecting
